Healthcare Marketer
If you are interested in applying your B2B sales experience to the growing healthcare industry and enjoy working with company decision-makers, you should consider applying for a position in our Healthcare Marketing department. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives at healthcare organizations across the country. Applicants must posses the ability to identify decision-makers, conduct presentations and negotiate contracts while maintaining a pipeline of new business prospects within the industry. Candidates must be able to travel once or twice monthly.
Healthcare Recruiter
Conversely, applicants looking to take their B2C sales success to the next level of advancement should consider applying for an Account Manager position in our Healthcare Recruiting department. Opportunities exist as a Physician Recruiter, Nurse Recruiter, or Allied Health Recruiter. The responsibilities of a recruiting agent include sourcing and screening healthcare professionals and preparing and presenting candidates to hiring managers. As a recruiting agent at Martin, Fletcher, your job is to go above and beyond for your client. Applicants must be skilled at prospecting for clients, account management, and building relationships via the phone. Some travel required.
Ideal candidates will have a four-year college degree and at least two years of proven success in business to business sales or business to consumer sales experience. A desire to lead or take on a management role within the first two years is preferred.
