Client Representative for Martin, Fletcher Locums Division

If you have strong organizational skills and a background in healthcare, account or sales management you can apply your experience to the growing locum tenens industry while working with both healthcare decision-makers and top-notch physicians. Apply for a Client Representative role at Martin, Fletcher and you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients from across the country. Applicants must posses the ability to identify decision-makers, conduct presentations and directly market qualified physicians and negotiate contracts while maintaining a pipeline of new business prospects within the industry. Additionally, candidates will need to have strong organizational and issue management skills to follow up and manage long-term assignments. Ideal candidates will have a four-year college degree and at least two years of proven success in customer/client relations, account management or healthcare recruiting. A desire to lead or take on a management role within the first two years is preferred.

Physician Agent

Applicants looking to apply their recruitment or physician relations success to the next level of advancement should consider applying for a Physician Agent position in our new locum tenens division. Responsibilities of a physician agent include developing and strengthening relationships with high-quality physicians in a variety of specialties. Candidates will source and screen physicians, prepare and present available opportunities that meet their criteria and manage aspects of the job assignment. As an agent at Martin, Fletcher, your job is to establish immediate credibility and go above and beyond for your physician partners. Applicants must be skilled at prospecting for clients, account management, and building relationships via the phone.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year college degree and at least two years of proven success in physician relations, account management or healthcare recruiting. A desire to lead or take on a management role within the first two years is preferred.
